Nadaam Festival

This colourful festival takes place all over Mongolia around the 11th-13th July each year. In Ulaan Baatar the festival takes place in both the National Nadaam Stadium and a horse racing venue about 30km away.

The three main sports are:-

1. Traditional Mongolian Wrestling
2. Horse Racing
3. Mongolian style Archery
